Phone mount damaged dash

So I made a bad move and mounted a phone holder to my dash, on a brand new Bronco, not realizing it would leave a big indent/gash in the material (where it's semi soft). Does anyone have any suggestions of how I might be able to fix it?

I've attached a pic below.

I can confirm it is the correct part!! The dash itself is much darker than the previous grey, but it looks good. The material itself has a nice feel to it. I will post some photos this evening.

Is it black or like a charcoal grey? And what the material like? Doesn't look leather.

It is more black than grey. Close match to the MGV seats. The color is called Onyx and the orange is Saber.

It feels like some sort of pleather/vinyl. Soft to the touch. It is nice!

I ordered from Ford Parts Depot Online. Cost was $358.78 before shipping.

The orange line is a led strip that is built into the lower dash trim piece. It changes to a bunch of different colors. Nice little pop of extra ambient lighting. I ordered it off of Amazon here.

Yes, the cluster is from Panda. Other than an absurdly long wait, I have 0 complaints thus far. Install was very easy and almost everything worked out of the box. I had to get Panda to tweak a few things in Forscan for me to get all Goat modes working correctly and to adjust the odometer, but that took all 3 minutes. Very happy with it.
