Pedal adjustment option?

Has anyone come across or seen any sort of pedal adjustment options?

My wife is really short and generally needs to be able to adjust the pedals so she can drive comfortably.

So far all I've seen is the 10 way power driver seat which would allow her to scoot the seat up very close. Just not sure if that means i have to get leather which I dont want.

Not sure if anyone else has this same situation.

I haven't seen anything about pedal adjustment. I know other Fords have them, but I don't think Bronco does (the 2020 Explorer no longer has them either).
