What is the length of this 3D printed part?

Printed this and have it ready to go but for the life of me can’t figure out how it is supposed to go in. Can you provide some more info and pics about the progress?Hello guys.
I came up with a solution for this. I made a small 3d printed model to insert to the seat rail.
Model is this:
This is inserted into the seat rail.
There are two holes (front and back) on the seat rail like so:
This piece is designed to "clip" into these holes in order to stay in place when the seat is moved. Once in, it is fairly well fixed.
Finally the end product looks like this:
(sorry for the poor photo)
Just move the seat all the way to the front, push it in, front first (the longer tab) and the back "clicks" in. Once in, no more rattle!!!
The tabs align with the holes and keep the piece in place when the seat is moved, so no worries there!
Attached is the 3d file in case anyone is interested
Regards,
Sam.
Yes, these photos help. Thank you!I hope these photos clarify things.
My dealer performed this TSB and the noise is still there? I reviewed the TSB and I can confirm the modification is there, but the problem is the rail not the part that the TSB “fixes” (a crossbar at the front of the seat)TSB 2104 was just posted over on sister site Maverick Truck Club that includes Broncos. May be a fix?
