Anyone have a visor rattling? Mine is rattling on the passenger side and is intermittent. If I loosen the visor to rotate it the noise stops. I’m guessing the fasteners are loose or the plastic inserts are misaligned but I haven’t looked at it closely.

Yeah man, same here. Drives me freaking mental.

No update. Mine seems to disappear for periods of time. If it rattles I loosen it, swing it towards the window and reinstall to make the rattle stop. My top needs adjusting, when I take it to the dealer I’ll get them to fix both.

Any update on this? I've taken my Bronco in and had the visor and clip replaced and it's still fucking rattling.
Does it sound like this?

Has anyone figured out a good solution? Mine is getting worse over time and driving me nuts. I can do a quick fix here and there, but nothing lasts more than a couple of days.

Hi Sean. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.

I traded my 21 with the popping in on my 23 Bronco. The 23 doesn’t have the problem.

I have a 23 and mine does it, feels like I’m driving a 1985 Hyundai. What’s the fix ford?

Certain it's visor and not the hardtop? I've had similar noise from my '22 Badlands, but definitely the steel pins on the front/inside bouncing against the steel mounts.

This is the fix. 7 trips to the dealership and they couldn't figure it out. I did this myself and it was gone immediately after.

I'm intermittently having this issue with my passenger-side visor as well.

Interesting but mine is coming from the Sun visor and it stops the moment I disconnect the visor.
It has to do with the sun visor somehow with the weight of it and rattle. If I held my hand on the passenger visor while I drove the rattle would stop. I did what was shown in the link I provided and it immediately stopped. I've had to adjust the business card once but it's been gone after having to deal with it for months on end. Give it a try.
