Painted hardtop and wheels - options

I have a 2023 Black Diamond in Cactus grey. I’m hoping to give it more of a classic look by adding a white hardtop and white wheels, or preferably… the new “Dog-Dish” white wall wheels found on the Heritage Ltd. ($1223 Cdn each wheel!)
The budget for my “Bronco Classic” look didn’t get any better when I was quoted $5000 Cdn to professionally paint the top.
I’ve attached some details that show what is required to do a proper paint job on the hardtop.
I am particular, and want achieve a factory look…. But there has got to be a way to get there for less than $10k!
Open to ideas…

Try using Plasticote Oxford White From Canadian Tire. Probly need about 10 Spray Cans for a Double Coat. I was thinking of doing my Heritage Lmited Wheels with it too !
