Is that with the "warm alloy" beauty ring wheels? I have that wheel package, but renders show the ring much darker. I was hoping they would not look silver.
While we were picking up our Bronco this anniversary edition rolled in and I have to admit I.love the grill and rims!

She looks right at home! Initial thoughts...love the new grab handle mostly on the passenger side. Drivers side no big deal because of the steering wheel. Contrary to what some believe they do not add a visual distraction. They're much smaller than the other grab handles and sleeker in Design. And how one could bump their head on it is beyond me. We got the 2.7 and when we test drove at the dealership we didn't really have highways near us to jump on. We ordered from a different dealership and I had two lane highway to drive home on. At one point I passed a slower moving vehicle and that engine, while throaty sounding, has got some really nice giddy up. Absolutely no problem getting around that vehicle. A very different Driving Experience from my current '17 Acura mdx. Reminds me more of my old Nissan pathfinder, which I loved, but much beefier! And honestly I was pleasantly surprised with the radio Sound quality. After reading so many terrible reviews of it, I wasn't expecting much, of course maybe my Acura just has really crappy speakers and I didn't know it. Lol

IT

HAS

ARRIVED!!!

Currently in the washbay, but got a text a few hours ago. They do a hand wash.

Truck driver apparently was saying how unusual the combination was and hadn't seen any quite like mine.

Editld to add tracker:

Congratz udhoop and Michelle227 :like: Exciting times. Now go get your mods.

We are flying out to Granger next week and we pick up the Badlands on Wednesday.

So far a very smooth process working with Granger.

And we will never, ever, have to hear "I have to check with my manager" o_O

Congrats on the deliveries! Meanwhile, my tracker is still stuck on “confirmed” and been in production since 1/17. Dealer has said for weeks it’s built but not shipped. 🤷‍♂️

That looks damn good Michelle. I like the color matched top
TBH, I would have liked a white painted top, but non-body color wasn't an option on the 2dr.

For those wondering...shipped with Goodyear Territory. I will concede that they look a tad puny against the SAS flares that apparently come with all of the Badlands in '26.

Shop guy already told sales people they need to order more manuals.

Truck guy was willing to have waited if the dealership would approve a customer driving it off the truck. He was even more surprised when he found out it was ordered by a female...

Still need to get the hitch installed. It was too late in the day to do today, but I won't be trying to tow until a break-in period has been satisfied anyhow...

Tube doors and the half-top soft top were pulled from the boxes to fit inside for the drive home.

A-pillar handles are nowhere as obtrusive as some make them out to be.

Congratulations on the sweet 2 door. Yeah, Ford should let 2 doors get the different colored painted tops like the 4 doors, or at least add a white painted top option like the black painted option.

And for those saying it takes 6 months to get a manual transmission, this one was delivered in less than three months.

Especially seeing as the painted tops are all white on the inside, which I didn’t like at all.

Picked up my ‘26 BL yesterday, ~3 months from order date. I really appreciated everyone’s comments on this forum about ’26 information and changes. I traded in ‘22 OBX lux 4 dr 2.7. So a pretty big change for me. I’ve been wanting something smaller and family thought I should stay with 4 dr 2.7. So far, no regrets being in 2 door minority. I like the visibility, maneuverability and it’s just fun to drive. I could tell a little loss of acceleration from dead stop, but overall I’m pleased with performance and handling. Not at all like the 4-bangers I remember in the 70s. Gearing of 4.4 vs 4.2 might help compensate loss of torque. I like the digital dash instrumentation, new BL wheels and tires. A couple times on highway steering seemed like it wanted to tug a little. Not sure if it was pavement, tire differences, shorter wheelbase or just my imagination. But nothing extreme by any means. I’m not an audiophile, but B&O sound seemed similar to my OBX. Thought I saw thread where Ford tweaked the sound? Not sure what if anything I will do with SAS flares. Not as bad as I expected. I think the standard flares prob look a little better. I wonder if standard flares will allow more debris and chips with increased wheel poke. I may just wait for new 34” tires in a few years.
