Order being built early? Window sticker already available?

We ordered a 25 OBX SAS and it was scheduled for the week of 3/17. On 2/27 we already had it marked as "In Production" on the tracker, and already got a window sticker. The blend date still reads 3/22. Does this mean the whole schedule is moved up? Is there a potential that our blend date will be earlier than what the window sticker says?

Could be. During the reservation and order fiasco my Bad Lands was scheduled and then moved up almost a month. It was built on time per the earlier schedule date. It does happen.

The window sticker is usually generated when the vehicle is submitted to the assembly plant for production. That is effectively the first step that needs to happen and that's when the Ford tracker will say "In Production".

The "Blend Date" is effectively the final assembly date. That's when all of the components are "blended together" to create a final vehicle. Typically, a vehicle is completed within 24 hours after the blend date.

I read through that earlier and was surprised to see our window sticker populate so early. The thread mentions that it's usually up a week before blend date, but our blend date is still weeks away. That's what prompted my question.

My Badlands SAS had a date of 3/17 but went into "production" last week too. My blend date is 3/21, so i guess it's still at least a month out until it arrives at the dealer...

I got my window sticker several months before it was built. Of course, times were a wee bit different back then.

I'm betting upcoming holidays play a part in that.
My 2021 sticker generated a few weeks early as well, but was built on time .... then held for 2 1/2 months for the MIC fiasco 1.0 ... Dirt Mountain OG , which is its own special type of hell ... knowing your rig is built, but you can't get it and there is not a damn thing you can do about it.

Mine is scheduled for 3/17 and says in production and has a blend date of 3/23. I think they pushed the production schedule to the plant because they are down for 2 weeks and wanted to get it ready for when they return on 3/17. It's not going to get made early because there is no one there to make it.

Well if anybody's still checking on this thread, here's our update -

- it's 3/23 today, blend date was 3/22. Not seeing any updates on the production tracker or the modules. Production tracker last updated 2/27.

Mine is the exact same scenario. Blend date was 3/22. Nothing in modules or production tracker. Still says last updated 2/27. However... my dealer said last Friday : "crossing my fingers but I do think it is production and might come off the line tomorrow. Does not mean it will be shipped right away. It does have a highest priority code on it of "01" which can only be assigned by the plant."

Who knows.

For me: Origional blend date 3/23. Last update 2/27 syaing "In Production" but no date assigned to the "In Production" line. I have been tracking other VINs/Order #s (dealer orders that I could find on the Ford inventory site) and it looks like they are 2-3 days behind right now. I am expecting mine to go into production tomorrow or Wednesday. I'll have to go through the mod shop since I have the black appearance package which comes with the hood graphic so maybe some extra time there. I am using Granger in Iowa for my order and the orders I have tracked are taking anywhere between 10-20 days to arrive after shipping through rail.

All just estimates from a random guy trying to use trends, but I expect mine to be built by 3/27, shipped by 4/1 and delivered by 4/21.

So today's update. My order tracker still does not say it is actually in production, but I did check the module build data site and there are a bunch of modules now that were not there yesterday! From what I have read from the instructions posts, I believe this mean my Bronco is in fact in production.

And mine as well! Blend date 3/22. Woke up this morning to a million modules populated. Still says in production, and not built, but all on the right course!

So this is my first post here, but I am in the same group as you guys. My order updated this morning saying my unit is built and has an estimated ship date of 4/8.
