Oracle Tail Light issue / no backup light

Hey all,

Not a thread bashing Oracle, just waiting to hear from them and wondering if anyone knows a little bit about this. So suddenly both my backup lights have gone out with my Oracle lights. Is there a fuse that goes to these? Seems like the only logical thing since they both went out suddenly. Thanks in advance!

I have one that didn't work once installed. Haven't had time to remove and see if the wire was loose, will try this weekend and let you/Oracle know.

Not a helpful response, but I like how you started it off with “not bashing Oracle…” after earlier this week some guy really bashed Oracle and got lit up by a ton of members

Full disclosure, Oracle has been super good about reaching out and offering help. Working with them now, and I have no complaints. More as this gets resolved!

Same here, I'm sure they will make it right and stand by the warranty. They are a good company.

I have their fogs and have handled a beating. I also preordered the mirror lights, I trust them. Just commenting had the same issue as OP with a reverse light not working as of now.

This is honestly something that worries me about buying any aftermarket tail light/brake light. If it goes out while driving you could easily get hurt in a crash and even though companies will warranty the part they can't help with insurance costs, hospital bills, ect. Still not sure if I will ever upgrade my tail lights for this reason as no easy way to see if it ever doesn't work like you can when headlight fails

Mine are less than a year old (9/21)and the passenger side just went out as well. There is an online warranty form on there site if you haven’t seen it.

Just your reverse?
When mine did that it was a loose connector on the backside of the light.
Removing and reinstalling is not the funnest thing to do with a Bronco, but fairly simple check-n-verify kind of thing.
They eventually died altogether (not the backup light) and I've since put my Sig tail lamps back in.
Might be worth a look, and good luck!

Thanks for the suggestion. I have checked all connections and no luck.

I added a pic to help demonstrate my issue comparing the left to right side.

I am going to try the warranty route but may have to go back to the original taillights in the mean time. I hate throwing away money on this upgrade that only lasted a few months.

@ORACLE Lighting i have the exact same issue as the post here. Can someone reach out to me from your team . I have sent various emails back in February and no response. Now my warranty is done.
