Are these calibrations from Ford sold outside the dealership network? I was sort of joking earlier, but is a group buy a possibility here if we can save a few hundred dollars? You would get a sales confirmation or voucher that can be used at any Ford dealership for the install?

The part offering is through Ford Performance, not Ford. Ford likes to point out they are a totally separate entity, which we all know is hogwash.

It would be nice if the tune also allows you to disable the double honk and A/S/S.

If you use your R button every time you drive then you can just save the A/S/S to off on it.

Ford Performance is a division of Ford Motor Company. If FMC is really trying to say that FP is “totally separate,” they may want to look at their corporate structure because that’s patently untrue.

They've lost a lot of potential sales already to competitors as they dragged their feet on this.

Are these units still dealer install only? Also can they change calibrations to match larger tires like the Whipple does?

Double honk is easy (Forscan) - A.S.S not so much.

ASS will not be disabled. This is discussed so many places folks. Just like the other tunes, the objective is to maintain the current ASS setting ( whether on or off).

I'm so used to the burning in my saved Raptor mode - which disables ASS that I don't even really get bothered by ASD any more
