New to forum after getting a brand new 2023 OBX 2.7 soft top lux with AT and brown cloth interior with B&O in a small town by a lake I frequent at $12K USD off the 2023 MSRP. Velocity Blue.
Dealer bought the Dueller tires from me, swapped on the bigger Michelin ATX trail, installed new battery and checked the alignment and drove it 120 miles to my door step washed.
Very happy got the cloth and the horrific Bronco interior off gassing toxic fumes is long gone.
So far did all the the front end body and rocker pick weld armor (cheaper than PPF), splash guards, PPF on front lower painted strip below grill and head lights, black grill Bronco overlay, debadged and dash, door, console organizers plus some wind blocker screens.
Did Kavaca 55% ceramic tint after making the mistake of doing SUNTEK ceramic that was hazy at angles.
Installed some of the audio stripped from Mustang incl Hertz MP155.3 3 ohm kicks on the printed adapters, the Hertz MP70.3 in rear pods on custom adapters, Hertz DCX 100.3 dash corners (will probably change them) and a Ground Zero 4" BMW center speaker plus the MB Quart 8" sub with sound deadened enclosures and kick panel metal. Effortless thanks to the forum.
Ordered the Ford Racing B&C Bow kit today....needs stiffening whole thing is 11 lb that's exotic material this the price.
Bought a recycled 2023 rear sway bar and assemblies for $100 will install when change oil in a month or so. If not good enough will get Hellwig.
Also got 5 new OBX rims cheap plus 4 near new Blizzaks and TPMS for $800 as winter set. So many take off and near new tires of various sized cheap online love it.
Since it's a mainly a city car on trashed roads that will do back country roads at most will probably get the bumpers painted Velocity Blue, do a spare delete or color matched hard cover off eBay.
Debating the Ford tune....came from HPP Mustang. Love the stock sound at WOT.
