I guess that’s the problem - I have no idea. I tend to take online reviews with a grain of salt, and I’ve not seen any out in the wild or known anyone who has run them.

They may be great. But you can get known great tires for near that price, installed with warranty support too.

I’m all for taking a chance on cheap off brand tires - you can sometimes win big that way. But this doesn’t seem like a good enough deal for me to make it worth taking a chance on

Now maybe someone around here has great experience with RBP tires and would have no problem throwing that money at them. and that’s fine - I admit, I don’t know anything about these and they may be great.

Name brand 35” M/Ts run about $400 per tire, give or take. For the risk of balancing issues, tread life, traction in various conditions, and just general warranty support - if I’m spending this level of money I want to make sure it has some backing behind it, even if that costs me a bit more. Not everyone feels that way though, which again, is fine - that’s their (or your) money, not mine.

I’d also say make sure you know what you are getting into with a full M/T - they are loud, they will definitely drive different, and they are not the best to do daily driving with

Yeah, I'd not trust my life to unknown tires, even if they were priced right. Farm vehicle sure, but not something at highway speeds with my family in it.

Yet, many use appearance and similar factors for selecting the only part of their vehicle that is supposed to touch the ground.

Of course we all have a price range. I am not saying these are bad, as I know nothing about them. I am saying they are a more important purchase than most other things you will do to your vehicle.

There are tons of "no name" tires out there lately. Competition is fierce. I trust well known, long ago established brands, with usable warranty and support.

I would never pay 1500 for these. As I posted yesterday, I just purchased Good Year Territory set of four for $756. Mounting and balancing will cost me another $80. They are perfectly good for what I use them for, and I think if they are crap, Ford wouldn't put them on new Broncos.

One poster above mentioned true M/Ts (Territory is not) being loud. I had Toyo Open Country M/Ts on the FJ Cruiser. Put about 15K on them and junked them. They were obnoxiously loud on pavement. They sure looked good though. I like the true "mud tires" look, but I don't like mud. Go figure.

BTW OP..............I thought you already had your answers in regard to which tries to buy? Either shit already or get off the pot.

I'm pleasantly surprised that my factory SAS tires only weigh 55lbs and have a 3peak rating. The equivalent KO3 size weighs 70lbs. That's a big penalty.

Thank you for this you and dbattle really changed my mind. They could be good hires but this is the one area of your vehicle YOU CAN NOT CHEAP OUT ON. Like this is the one area where you have to get reputable things. Thank you so much man
