so I’ve got roughly 500 miles on my new Outer Banks with the V6 in it and really enjoying the vehicle but for paying extra money for the upgraded audio system that’s one of the biggest disappointments which there aren’t very many granted of the new vehicle there seems to not be a bass frequency, making it out of the speakers. I don’t know what it is, but when you’re ratchet at the base up on the controls, yeah you can hear a little bit, but there isn’t much more than a little bit and I’m wondering if that’s normal.

The B&O has been changed since mine. That being said mine had plenty once I dialed in the EQ. This was after twice disassembling to 1st, tighten loose hardware, then sound deaden everywhere. After this I am very happy with the B&O. I'd test drive some others with the same system and check them out. If yours differs, I'd say there is an issue in the sub housing the dealer should fix for free.
