Finished up Baja Design lighting on the front bumper and a-pillar. Used LP4 spots on the a-pillar with amber covers when needed. I used ADD a-pillar brackets - super sturdy and push the LP4 forward a bit in front of the side mirrors. I didn’t like the way the plastic windshield and mirror fascia gets sandwiched between the a-pillar mount and the cast threaded mounts beneath them - drilled out the plastic parts and installed 1/2” diameter, 1/4” thick M6 hole aluminum spacers for a solid bolt up. I ran the a-pillar harness through the mirror plastic cap instead of through the gap along the windshield, thick heat shrink for robustness and Deutsch rubber boots from Digikey to protect the rear LP4 plugs. I used the ONX6+ 30” drive combo light bar in amber with Grimm mounting brackets that worked with my Turn Off Road brush bar. The front slots of the Grimm bracket had to be opened up since the rear bracket mounts on top of the TOR bar flange.
