we were just there this past weekend for the 2nd time ... had a lot of fun, was great
we stayed at the Fireside Inn & Suites Gilford (www.firesideinngilford.com) ... nice place just minutes from Off-rodeo, but was definitely pricey
we ate at Patrick's, the food was great and its just across the road from the hotel

Going this Thursday. Staying at Center Harbor Inn, one of the three recommended hotels on the website. Will try to remember to update and give my thoughts.

Thanks, guys. Appreciate the feedback. Look forward to hearing about Center Harbor Inn also. Looked at Steele Hill resorts, also recommended on the site. Looked nice, but $350/night. That may just be what it costs. Looking forward to it regardless.

we stayed at Center Harbor the 1st time we went (Oct 2024) ... they are very comparable (clean / nice places to stay) and cost about the same ... just Fireside is a lot closer

Gunstock Mountain is the best!
There is a Best Western in the center of Laconia about 15 minutes from the rodeo.
We have stayed there numerous times including when we attended the Bronco Robeo a few years ago.

I did Gunstock twice, once when my wife bought her Bronco then when I bought mine. Stayed at a hotel the first time then Airbnb the second time. Airbnb was cheaper and nicer we had a whole house to ourselves, close to everything. Minutes from Gunstock.

My wife and I stayed at the Steele Hill Inn and it was dated, but very nice. Beautiful view and a fun drive over to Gunstock. Make sure you plan for the fall foliage as it was a nice break from the central Texas heat.

I actually just booked there. It did look dated from the pics, but most of the other options did too.

We just went June 6th. We stayed at the Marriott in Gilford. Price was reasonable, accommodations were great, clean, and there was a complimentary breakfast that was better than expected. I would stay there again. Had a great time! Bring some bug spray. They have some at the main cabin before you go out on the trails but we needed to reapply throughout the day when we got out of our Bronco while on the trails.

I traveled up to NH and did the Gunstock MTN Off-Roadeo a few weeks ago with my brother in law and son... We stayed at the Summit resort, booking through the Off-Roadeo website.
The resort was great, basically multi-unit ski condo type buildings. We had two bedroom, a living room, kitchen etc and it took like 20 minutes to get to the mountain.
The sunset view from the clubhouse was pretty amazing!
The Off-roadeo was absolutely amazing.... so much fun and man these trucks are so capable. I had some prior off-road experience with my '07 FJ Cruiser. The Off-roadeo built on that knowledge man these trucks are SOOOO capable.
