Has anybody come up with a solution or have any ideas on how to raise a modular bumper 1.5 inches? I have a badlands non-Sasquatch with a zone off-road, 3.5 inch lift and I’m looking into getting 38 inch Milestar Patagonia MT02’s. I found one for the rear from Broncbuster. The only one they offer for the front is for a 3 inch body lift for whatever reason. I’m really trying to avoid buying their filler light bar.

… might want to post a picture of the bumper you’re looking at. The back side and or the install instructions.

Generally two steel rectangles
A good drill for eight holes
Bolts
Maybe a good welder

Here’s a picture of the bronco frame horn. Ford uses three bolts each side.

You need to see the backside of the bumper you want and see if you can drill different holes 1.5 inches up/down…

Or need to fab plates

Is that the Bronco in it's current state? Are you adding a body lift to fit the 38's thus the concern about a large gap?

As of now, it has the JKS Max Tire Clearance kit installed, cut my factory rock rails so my wheels can fully turn and the 38’s are installed. I’m adding a 1.5” body lift to add onto my 3.5” Zone Off-Road to accommodate for the 38’s. In its current state it’s not off-road ready until the body lift is installed.
Mostly concerned about the body gap it will have. Thinking about copying and pasting BroncBusters relocation bracket and drilling my own holes since they seem not to care about figuring out their new manufacture on the body gap filler panels and don’t make relocation brackets for 1.5” body lifts.

Bronco looks sick man, graphics on the red really pop and the raptor skid adds to that.
Simple, Great job.
