I'm jealous. My 2.7 4dr Sas is stuck at 15 city & at best 17 highway doing 75. I don't know what I'll doing wrong. I even tried to stay out of boost but no change. Y'all have magic mpg numbers here.

I've seen as high as 19 mpg but a lot of that is all by the trip meter and you can change your results significantly by resetting it. I tend to look at it like fuel trims...they average out over time and tend to settle on a more stable number since there are more data points and any change in gas usage is a smaller percentage of the overall picture. But if you fill up, jump on the highway, reset the meter, you'll see decent numbers. I'm currently sitting at about 14.7 mpg which is a mixture of off road, highway and city. Not great but I don't really regret it.

I've also noticed I get about 1-2 mpg more when I run premium. Gas mileage is definitely worse with 87, even on the highway. I'm now using a rewards gas card to get a good bit off of my per gallon price so even premium is below what I'd pay at say Costco for a top tier gas. I know prices are high right now and it's having an effect on everyone. Every little bit helps. The engine is far more responsive with 93 than with 87.

Just got back from a 2500 miles trip (1250 each way).... I-40 mostly from NE Oklahoma to Vegas and back... interstate mostly and was going 75-83'ish, ran about 80mph almost all the way and got 18.7mpg. 25 Badlands, V-6, 10 speed auto, "Normal" mode, tires at 42psi starting out in the mornings, using A/C and cruise a lot.... as a bonus I got my first cracked windshield on this trip... times 3! A 2.5" nice star behind the mirror, 10" crack from edge on passenger side, and a small chip/crack in driver's side. All near or coming out of road construction zones... Now I'll get to see how good that 5 year windshield warranty is that I got with the purchase of the vehicle... (the cracks did nothing for my aerodynamics).

In town I get about 16mpg in Normal mode.

Mine doesn't register MPG (Miles per Gallon). Mine registers GPM.
