Curious from those of you that are running the Mobridge DSP and added an external amp to drive you sub channel. What size power and ground did you run. I’m looking at a 700 watt amp with 50 amp fuse. Based off the 100 amp fuse of the Mobridge that would put me at 150 amps or 1/0 wire. It just seems like overkill for this setup. I can’t imagine trying to run that huge wire to the back.

I ran 1/0 from the battery to a fuse box that split two 4awg to power the mobridge and JL HD750 that pushes a 13tw

Im currently debating downgrading to a xd600 with two 10tw3's in a downfiring custom box.

Where did you run the 1/0 wire?

1 is too big 4-6 is fine with 6 probably optimal ...I use 8 on a 1000W amp after an electrical engineer who used to spec power wiring did the calcs said the difference between 4 and 8 over a 6' run was so miniscule was like .00001 %.
