Well, the way I see it, if you and I had not placed that resrv/order Ford would not have a customer and we would not be here having all this fun. Communicating in this electronic world is easy[got my interest in the Braptor e-mail at 5PM ET yesterday] they choose not to with their customers.Ford's long-standing argument against communication is your dealer is supposed to communicate with you on your specific order. Which... honestly... I can't argue with. Technically we are our dealer's customers and not Ford's customers.
The problem with that is most dealers seem to have zero idea what communication and customer service is. And somehow, most dealers are even worse at providing information than Ford is. If you don't constantly bother them, complete radio silence.
