You are lying!

I've read content from a lot of B6g forum members and this whole thing is JUST FORD, and it's on purpose and it's intentional to ensure that every single one of us has to suffer because Ford hates us.

Every other manufacturer is running at 100% capacity right now except Ford because Ford are the dummy dum-dums and hate us!!!!

Don't be sheep, read these forums and educate yourself, there is no global chip shortage, it's all smoke and mirrors to beguile you from the truth: Ford is trying not to build vehicles on purpose!

This is not just a Ford Thing.

I had originally ordered a Honda Ridgeline at the end of June. The build date was pushed 6 times, all due to Chip issues. The local Honda Dealership does not have any new vehicles on the lot. They only have Used.

The Honda dealership(Don Wessel Honda) has been a family owned business for over 40 years. Because of the Chip issue and getting vehicles built to sell, last month they had to sell the dealership to a franchise.

The same thing happened to another local Ford Dealership. Republic Ford sold out to Corwin Ford.

Oh I don’t actually, but I’m paying off my other toys faster than ever. Works out for me in the long run.

my '21 BB soft top, non-sas, 2.3L just got delayed a month. I work at a Ford dealer and I can't get any answers. Tomorrow was the last date of my ETA window so i was hoping it was in the port today and arrive tomorrow. I had the sales manager check its status and to our surprise it has been delayed 3-4 weeks.

Rick is just kidding, he is a jokester like that. The sarcasm is dripping off of his thread if you hadn't noticed. Your date under your avatar indicates you might be new to the forum, welcome.

Must be why there are some December and early Jan builds still in Purgatory. Makes me wonder tho. When i see exact builds like mine, built after mine, being delivered.
Cat I have the same concerns and the same questions

The 5 day comment in those articles refers to 2021. It's also an average for all manufacturers. Ford seemed to start getting more supply later in the year, which would explain why they outsold everyone in the US late last year.

Wonder if the chip delay is just 2.7s. Someone posted that 2.7s are on hold, but that was a "my dealer said"

I have also noticed a lot of 2.3 being scheduled in February
Nope. I’ve got a OBX with a 2.3, and it’s been in purgatory since mid December.
What I don’t understand is why 2022s are being delivered, but the last 2021s aren’t. Different chips maybe?

Doubly painful if they are on Ice Mountain waiting for that auto-start/stop feature that a lot of people don't even want.
Agreed!! I even went out and bought the Auto Start-Stop Eliminator and got it delivered about 5 months ago! If the elimination of the ASS chip would get it delivered now, id even PAY them to not put it in!

It doesn't matter at this point whether or not they build and deliver my truck at this point, I have purchased too many mods for it in the past five months, I can't afford to buy it anymore :ROFLMAO: .
