MIC Hard Top Failed

Well, I had a good run. Today I discovered several cracks on the driver's side between the second and third window. I'm not overly concerned. Unless I pointed them out or you were looking for them, you probably wouldn't notice. I called the dealership and as I suspected I was told to get it in to the body shop, get a warranty claim started and they would replace it. Or, trade it for the 60th Anniversary edition in the show room. Unfortunately, the 60th Anniversary is all white and just doesn't grab me.

I see the honeycombing in mine. Is that normal or a sign cracks will follow. And if it really is cardboard inside, and water gets in, that can't be good. No cracks so far. Maybe I should order some Flex Seal.

Stopped by the body shop today. Body shop manager took pictures and initiated the warranty claim for replacement. In and out in 15 minutes. I consider myself lucky to have this kind of relationship with my dealership.
