Does anyone else have an issue with the foam under the Clamshell degrading and sticking to the body when removing? This is an ongoing issue for me. Yet to have it at the dealer for a look. Not going to have much of a deal left at this rate.

The foam weatherstrip will need to be replaced periodically. That stuff doesn't last forever especially in the lower latitudes. If you are still in the 3yr factory warranty, the dealer should be able to replace it.

But I wouldn't bother. Dealer is going to end up doing what you can do and they are going to keep your Bronco for longer than it would take for you to do it yourself.
