Pros and cons to both......Love the MGV and washout interior, but not liking that the headrest is not adjustable like with the leather option, I get a sore neck on longer trips! Both MGV and leather are comfy, just a bit more work to clean the leather seat and carpet interior.

The vinyl keeps my ass extra warm on the cold mornings with the heated seats. It looks better than the leather and is super comfortable.
Thank you! I was wondering if I could recover my seats in MGV and add heating.

I went with MGV. Both are going to be hot as hades in the sun. MGV for the washout benefits. If I do want leather. Those Katzkins with cooling are what’s going in my vehicle.

Let's get real, most of the non-high end retail leather seats ain't great shakes. I've never been impressed with them, anyhow, and have frequently thought they were only partially leather.

I got MGV but if I really wanted leather, I would've gotten MGV and some aftermarket added. At least then you get to pick the leather you're willing to pay for.

I've had numerous people ask if my MGV are leather, and many have commented on how nice they are. YMMV, but I got the Badlands specifically for the MGV and ruggedized interior.

Absolutely love the MGV seats, I wish it was an option in more vehicles. Cloth is a dog hair magnet and leather is too much care.

Of course, OTH not having power seats for some might be an issue. In that case cloth with aftermarket leather for me. If the necessary power seat options are only on leather trim, that's a sad day IMO. Because they're overpriced.

Not the end of the world, but I dislike when manufacturers pull those "Oh you want a lid on your fold-down non-extended Chevy LS trim hole-in-the-console? That'll be $7k upgrade to LT" hijinks.

MGV and my three dogs aren’t complaining about not having cup holders or an arm rest in the back.
I’m finding these seats to be real comfortable and easy to clean. Ask me again how I feel about them after a 90 degree day and high humidity.

I don’t get the appeal of Broncos power seats as they have no memory. So either my seat sits in the same place all the time or on the occasion that my wife drives my truck it’s quicker and easier to adjust the seat back in position manually.

Full disclosure: I have MGV

Some people can't as easily use the manual seat controls, is all. My shoulder keeps going the way it is, I may be in that boat eventually. 😅

I also have MGV, it's why I got the Badlands in fact.

Honestly the “leather” used in the leather option isn’t worth the cost.. if you want real leather I’d just go aftermarket.
