Mek magnet trail armor

Any experience using Mek magnet armor to reduce pinstriping. Trying to protect my side door paint from the narrow east coast trails. Seems very expensive and hard to put on, something about using gel since we have aluminum doors on the bronco. I was using paint protection film from amazon but it is one use only.

one use only PPF???? Does not sound like PPF.

You need to find some self healing PPF.
As soon as it heats up in sun the scratches disappear

This does work... until the trails get too tight (like in the Ozarks), then the PPF is permanently marred. Ask me how I know

I was curious about the Mek also . There is another company that makes the same thing but I can't find any info about how long it can stay on at a time or if it would hurt to keep it on for extended times etc.

I use this from Amazon it is thick and it will protect your sides but it one use only, unless you want to leave it on.

Just get a buffer and periodically buff them out. Or don’t worry about it. I personally wear pinstripes as badges of honor.
