58 LPM is approximately 2CFM. They don't give the rating at 29 psi but typically the LPM/CFM drops as the pressure goes up. And the ratings are usually taken at 0 psi when the rate is the highest (marketing 101).

So I'd like to see that 3 minute video.

Also if you are airing down you would be well below 29psi for offroad. I go to at least 25psi for just gravel. Even lower for rock crawling.
