March 2022 delivery. Heard noise after learning it was a thing. Progressively worse over past 35 months. Drives okay, but transmission noise is battling my tinnitus, and now winning.
Houston dealership has a 3-4 week wait for techs to look/diagnose. But they will not look at it until I get on their schedule. And once I am on their schedule, they want my vehicle locked on their lot.
Are they really expecting the vehicle owner to be without their Bronco for 2-4 months while they wait for a transmission to arrive??

I was reminded that powertrain warranty is 5 years / 60k miles. So I have about 25 months yet.

How does 3-4 weeks turn into 2-4 months? Also you wouldn’t be waiting for a transmission to arrive, they’ll fix it under the TSB that is out for the problem.

2021 July build. 34k miles.
Still no noise.
Considering a fluid change, still researching that.

Getting a good amount of seepage at the front of the motor though ...

My '23 two door Badlands SAS has had the noise forever, maybe slightly louder in the cold, however, it's there no matter the climate (northern IL) where we have one hundred degree and negative ten. I have tinnitus as well, I've grown to accept it as I accept the trans noise. Currently 58k miles, powertrain warranty will run out before summer. Oh well, I'm not worried about it, as long as it's not proven to be linked to catastrophic failure, it's just a mechanical annoyance. I understand how many expect better, at least we have a manual, if not for that, I'd not have bought the Bronco. Other than this one annoyance, I've not had one issue, change the oil every five thousand miles, differential and trans fluid twenty five thousand, added a JCR front bumper with Baja Designs light bar and Diode Dynamics fog lights, Eibach HD springs with adjustable struts and Zone UCA along with Method 703 wheels. To say the least, extremely happy.

For all those with this problem I hope along the way you get the fix you are looking for. In any case don't let this ruin the fun of owning the Bronco, it's just an annoyance unique to the manual transmission.
