Manual Transmission Concern?

Has anyone heard about this new class action in California regarding Ford’s manual transmission in the Mustang? Are there any spill over concerns for the manual Bronco, or does it possess a different transmission? The mustang uses the Getrag MT82.

I stumbled upon this in 2023 and this has not aged well. The Chinese Getrag in the Bronco is having problems. Color me shocked. Shame on you Ford.
