Looking for production number breakdown for a specific year

Does anyone know how to breakdown the production numbers into more specific categories? I’m curious as to how many of our specific model were actually produced by Ford. As every category of the options on our 21 was a cause for delay I’m guessing it will end up being a far more rare vehicle than our 23 Braptor. Specially I’m looking for how many 21 Wildtrack 2 doors were produced and I’d love to be able to break it down even further by specific options if possible. I do know that the Hartop, tow package and lux package were all cause of delays.

Ford won't release those numbers.

Hasn’t every collectible car in history been able to break down the production numbers somehow? I have researched it and obviously you can identify options by specific digits in the vin but how does someone locate the total units made in a specific category?

The Marti report service presently covers 1967-2017 Ford production. Maybe they'll be able to add Broncos someday.
