Looking for help with Ford Performance Winch kit

Hey everyone. So I bought a Ford Performance Winch kit 2nd hand that was installed but never used. Problem i ran into was I missing 2 brackets. These are the CAC that actually mount in the frame itself and then stick outwards so you can mount the bumper back on to support the frame horns. Ive pictured them below. Just left my local Ford dealership and that kit is discontinued and you cant get replacement parts. However, I do have access to a CNC machine. So this is where im asking for help. To anyone who has that winch plate (even better if you did the install) i was hoping someone wound be willing to take a measument of thise brakets (if at all possible.) I have nothing else to go on and the parts guy looked but couldnt find and specs whatsoever. Hopefully you may have one lying around after a bumper swap. Figured Id ask, thanks in advance!!!

Did you try a google search of the missing part numbers? Did you try Warn? I have them on my truck but I don't know if they can be measured. I'll check tomorrow.

There were a lot of people selling the mounts here for cheap back when the kit really dropped in price - hopefully someone still has one pookahed away for you.

Me too!!! I can fabricate them if i had the sizes. Hell, im even trying to find a salvage yard that has one with one on it. Best I can do is throw up a flag and see who responds

And these guys are in Alabama, advertise "people who answer the phone". Might be worth a trip over and see what they have lying around the shop. Bring a case of beer on ice, never know what they might find in the corner.

You should be able to get the measurements/ design directly from your bronco…

The two brackets are a left and right parts. just the long attached bold is in a different location on each.

There are two other brackets left and right that replace the front bumper tow hooks. You can remove your current bumper and install those parts direct to the front of the frame horns [no need to attached to the bumper at this time]. Can just add a temp spacer to account for thinness of bumper 3/16" ?

THAT will give all of the dimensions you need to reproduce them .

Those brackets you are looking for slides into the lower loops under the frame and behind the frame horns. SEE install document. There are two bolts that hold those brackets. One is a slide in and the other the bolt goes through the bracket. SEE install document. With the additional part attached to the front of the frame horns you will see the offset and bend angle needed to make the missing brackets …

Only question is the thickness of those brackets and the grade of steel used

The long bolts on the above brackets slide into the tangs on the brackets below...

MAKE sure you have the correct left/right bracket on the front of the frame horns... IIRC left/right is AS YOU are sitting in the bronco so left is driver side ??

Thank you!! The one thing I am concerned with is the pitch where those brackets angle. And also where it starts and ends. I am replacing the support gussets with texas motorworx frame horn reinforcement brackets. Hooks this wont be too much math to figure out, but shouldn't be too bad

I have the kit un-mounted I only used the frame horn reinforcements for my ADD bumper. I can measure them on Sat if you still need.

The one thing I am concerned with is the pitch where those brackets angle.

The bracket and bolts will align right here (picture) so once you bolt them on you will see the angle/ pitch ...

IICR The bolts go downward. Think the install document shows those bumper brackets get inserted in the gap between the missing frame bracket and nut-bolt as you roll the bumper upwards to install the long bolts through the bumper into the frame horn ends... Holding the bumper in place until you get those long bolts into the frame ends...

That would be amazing man!! Specs I'll need is obviously L/W. Also vertical pitch and where it begins and ends. Spacing of the front bolt outwards to the front of the bracket. The rear mounting hole I can just line up. Thank you so much sir, you rock!!!!
