I’m looking for a lift recommendation. Little background. I will use 4x4 extensively for ranch driving through fields and muddy roads but I will never go rock crawling. This is not a mall crawler but my off-road activity will not be extreme. I’m mainly concerned with on road drive quality. I really want a tight feeling rig that will be my daily drive. I would like to keep the lift/install under $1,500. Should I go cheap with a leveling kit or something more substantial if on road ride quality is my main objective? I plan to install 35 12.50 18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I do not have the Sasquatch package.

What are you starting with? Badlands, Base?

Since you mentioned 18's I am guessing an OBX?
If your budget is $1500 I would skip the spacer lifts and look for some Squatch coil over take-offs. Those can be had for around $1k and will give you the clearance for 35's and the on road driving quality you are after.

Sasquatch coil overs also limit wheel travel at the rear. You would want to grab your bump stops off the Badlands to install in the Sasquatch rears.
