I was all set to disagree with you, but went out and checked mine to be sure and yep, there they are. Not quite holes, but indentations to make it easy to drill. I don't remember anything like that in the bumper for the lower installation, but it's been two years, so I wouldn't remember that anyway.

Yep, my dealership took photos of the trim piece and pointed out the dimples.

I finally got around to installing the DV8 Offroad front license plate bracket (Badlands with HD bumper).

I like the location and the low profile angle...and easy to install even for someone as ham-handed as me once I bought my Torx Plus kit

It's a good question, although I will say that I never use cruise control (says small state guy)...

I seldom use cruise control myself. I find my attention wanders when I use it.

As many here know, Texas requires a front license plate. I picked my plates up last Saturday. My front plate is currently standing upright in my windshield courtesy of an old shirt too worn out to wear. Evidently I couldn't hold back the "not a chance in Hades" look when the dealership explained Ford messed this up. I may direct mount to the bumper as the fancy license plate frames mount to the bumper then the plate is attached (skip the middle man) or keep it in the windshield. Definitely curious to hear what others think.

I went with the offset bracket by Builtright Industries. I’ve got it lowered on the bracket currently but I can move it up some more if I decide to put fogs there eventually.

Does anyone have an answer regarding whether the front license plate interferes with the ACC sensor in the bumper? I purchased the DV8 front license plate bracket for my Bronco, however I don't get my real permanent license plates for another 5-6 weeks so I haven't installed it yet.

Once I get my permanent license plates I will test out the ACC to verify that the DV8 license plate bracket doesn't block any sensors.
