My 4 Door just downloaded an update and now with Max A/C and Recirc the front vents shut off. Anyone else with this issue? If I turn off recirc then front vents open and Max AC turns off. my two door bronco, which I haven’t installed the update on (disabled updates), when on Max A/C with Recirc, blows through the front vents as it should. I’m wondering if it’s just that the uodate reset something. I just reset the Sync as well and that didn’t fix it. The update is def causing the front vents to close behind the dash when on Max A/C

I’d be taking that to the dealer.

I would say “Did the Bronco HVAC system ever really work in the first place?”

But that doesn’t do anything for your issue. I’d try the battery thing and if that doesn’t do it - take it in

Guess it’s time to document your software version and video vehicle operations. Then when Ford screws it up you have a chance with some proof of before and after. Sucks. But if it has a wire hooked to it. Manufacturers send it, hope for the best and try to fix it later with updates.
