So I didn’t have this option, but saw on the apple App Store there was a FordPass update available. I did that.
Relaunched the app, clicked around a bit to clear its internal cache and such, and it’s there now. So maybe a bit of standard IT practice on your device is needed to get it to show, bearing in mind you have at least this many things to coordinate:
- iOS / Android software version
- FordPass app software version
- Sync4 bronco software version (way over generalized, but to include the BCM and everything else)

all of these have had updates since launch, each could interfere with your ability to consume and enjoy new features.

I'm on current iOS version (18.1.1) and current FordPass version (5.8.2). Don't know what is the current Sync4 software, but the truck has gotten updates since I've owned it.

Did all the usual... relaunched app, clicked literally everything, removed app, reinstalled app, logged out & back in, rebooted phone...no TLC.

Removed Bronco from app and added back. Ensured connectivity. Updated app to v5.8.3.
Still no TLC
Ford wins…

I have warned about this to any who would listen. I just saw a news story on YouTube describing precisely what I am trying to make all aware. Story of manufacturing selling telemetry to insurance then they raise your rates if you aren’t driving like a granny. Give it a watch:

When they gonna add a “TURN OFF VEHICLE” button?

I have 2 vehicles configured in my app and the other day I accidentally remote started the wrong one. That’s when I learned you can remote start - but not remote stop.

Also - this could be helpful if somebody carjacks or otherwise steals your car.

You can remote stop. Once it’s started slide the slider the opposite direction

Yup - Mine finally updated. And now I get the TLC, but I’m more excited about the widgets and control center access.

The Google Play notes state that too but those of us who should have had the trailer light check, still don't have it.
Same here I don’t have the tlc but have widgets

Just about every electronic device that communicates with the internet reports your usage statistics to it's maker. It's a fact of life. You don't have to agree with it but if you don't, then you can't use the devices. Try reading the user agreement for Windows sometime or for Chrome or your phone. That will really scare you.
