Lane keeping assist horrible

24 raptor. It’s not setup to vibrate. I never feel when it doesn’t like my driving. But it grabs the wheel occasionally and is extremely aggressive. Doing sharp curves in the road at high speed I’ve noticed it. Freaky.
Today I had both hands off the wheel to scratch myself. There was a turning lane next to me. The lines in the road stopped there. The car jerked strongly left 3’ strongly!!!!! Barely was able to grab the wheel fast enough. Now I’m trying to figure out how to turn it off. When I click the button on the steering wheel the symbol turns off on the dash. So I assume that’s all I need to do??

4th car I’ve owned with it. 4th car that I tuned off over issues. Had a ram that would fight me when I changed lanes.

It sounds like it needs adjustment, it should not be that aggressive.

I turned mine off when I pulled it into the driveway for the 1st time... has not been on since.
Just my personal preference.

The system on the broncos is much older than on the 21+f150. It’s like from 10 years ago. What I wish we had was the actual lane centering system and then if I’m feeling greedy Bluecruise

I have the polar opposite. It'll vibrate for sure but it will not stay between the lanes if I take my hands off the wheel. It will correct, ever so slightly, but nothing like what you experienced.

I've been lazy and haven't looked at the manual to see how to adjust it. Heck, I'm not sure I know what every button on the steering wheel is for just yet. Last week I figured out the adaptive cruise distance button, LOL.
