Is this amount of rust normal?

Is it an issue to be concerned with? Seems excessive for a 2023 that was delivered 3.5 weeks ago. I've had it for 2 weeks.

looks excessive to me. Obviously the dealership did not complete a PDI, otherwise it should not of been sold looking like that.
We bought ours a few months ago from a dealership in Utah . They used a rust inhibitor (fluid film) on the entire under carriage before shipping it to us in Hawaii.

Looks excessive but given the amount of road salt sticking to the underbody in your photos... I'm not surprised.
