Ford Bronco Intr IMG_4746

My ‘25 2 door in Desert Sand. This rig was special ordered by me in honor and memory of my dad. 50 years since our original ‘75 was brought home. Hopefully this one will make as many great memories.

Unfortunately, that old classic is long gone. I can tell you it had every option in its time, a Ranger packaged v8 auto, it had limited slip front rear ends, ac, carpet, root beer brown with white decal/stripes. I think it had 145 hp out of a 302 cid engine that would stall out on a steep hill. It would leak inside in the rain and overheat on long slow crawls up a mountain on hot days. However, it always amazed us on its ability to get in and back on the gnarliest terrain. We put a fairway ford suspension system and some BFG AT tires.

Nothing like having Dad hand over the keys to his then 15 and 12 year old sons to learn to drive off road. Freedom!

Yep, some of the many joys of owning a classic.
Congrats on the new ride 🤠
