Interior colored vent clips

I've been designing a model to replace the interior vent clips and I think I have a pretty solid solution and would appreciate your thoughts.

I don't plan on painting them, and have them printed in a high enough quality that it isn't noticeable.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a little more recess in the front strip, make it deeper. Also, is it possible to add some radius to the edges to soften the look a little bit?

Made the recess a little deeper. The corners are modeled rounded, just not printing out like that. Got a new smaller nozzle on the way, might work out better.

Unfortunately I had discovered the material I used would warp when the heaters were used on high. I wouldn't have thought the temp got over 160 degrees! So I went back to the drawing board, modified my design, and I'm now using a different material.

They are now printed using ASA, which is UV resistant and has a much higher temperature resistance. I've had them installed for a few months now and have tested them in the hot California sun with the heat on full blast with no issues.

I currently have them only in black, but if interest picks up again I can look into using other colors. Please check out Ebay and Etsy if you're interested in picking some up
