Blue Interior Retainer Clips - Part Number #?

Does anyone have a part number for these interior clips? I went to the dealership and they were unable to find the part number. They found similar clips in the system according to the diagram for this body panel but strangely they don't match or fit the ones I have in my car.

Was hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction!

Yeah either one will work, the blue clips are just updated ones for the sub rattle TSB.
