@Bob 07064 is incorrect. If my flight is supposed to leave before United 1856 but my flight had a delay due to a medical emergency onboard, all other planes at the airport should be grounded until my flight departs or a new plane is built for me. This is common courtesy and pretty sure it's in Robert's Rules of Order as well as the Code of the Pirate Brethren.
