yes! It’s the only vehicle I have ever owned that I still can’t believe I own every time I go out to my garage. We were driving to Dallas a couple weeks back and another Raptor passed us and it was like I was seeing it for the first time. My family thinks I have a problem because I was like, “man that thing is awesome, look at it!” My kids response. “Dad, you are driving the same thing….”

I have put over 10k miles on mine since May and 3/4 of those miles are from me just driving aimlessly around Texas because it’s just so fun to drive. I don’t think there is another vehicle that could bring me this kind of joy.

Congrats on the Braptor. It is an amazing vehicle. I almost gave up my Jessabelle (21 Badlands) for a Braptor, but man, I have done so much to my RIG, I decided to stay put.

I came from an AWD 500hp, 8800 rpm redline "sports car" to the Raptor and I enjoy it just as much. Both were over the top ridiculous in different ways/capabilities. Just West of you in San Antonio. Was out at 5:30am this morning driving around in the ice and snow but too many really really bad drivers to stay out long.

Find an uphill gravel road somewhere, pop it in 4A and stand on it. You'll be stunned. I've had built Jeeps and FJs - spent tens of thousands on suspension lifts/engine upgrades over my life, including custom rock and desert buggies. NOTHING rips off road like this thing. It's like a side by side for grown-ups! Enjoy.

This "upgrade" doesn't offer a speck of performance, is the wrong material from an engineering perspective and (of course IMHO) looks completely out of place.

I'm not a carbon fiber fan myself. I don't like the look of it, it only matters if you are actully racing you car and it's not functional on a 6,000 lb vehicle. But it's his money he gets to spend it however he wants. Other people don't like bigger wheels, lift kits or loud stereos.

Congrats! The painted fenders look fantastic on the Velocity Blue. I did something a little different on mine, but would've opted for this look if it was available in 2022 when I bought it.
