How To Get and Track Rail # ?

How do you get rail # and track it.

i contacted my sales person for the # and name, then went to the BNSF website, found the phone number to call for tracking, and followed their audio prompts. Heads up that my Bronco was delivered to regional rail yard when the tracker told me it was still in Michigan

Ford chat gave me mine. My dealer was useless at providing that or any other information.

Some dealers will give it to you no problem, other dealers will tell you that they are not allowed to give it to you, and some dealers are just completely clueless.

You can also use Ford chat. That's how I ended up getting mine. Basically stated that after 70 something days awaiting shipment I finally shipped but in order to continue to tracking I need my rail card number. Is that something you can provide?

She gave me no grief and just provided it!

And I would start with the CSX phone number per the tracking links.
