How to change D rings

You have to pop the plastic housing off. There are 6 bolts that mount the bumper on. 3 on each frame end. Those also hold the bracket for the D rings.
If you want to change to a standard style ring you have to change the bracket. If you just want to get those off to paint or get colored ones you can get the bracket off and use a hammer and punch to pop the pinion out.

What do you mean by change? Doubtful you'd find anything else that would fit. There are posts on here but no video that I know of. Pop off the plastic surround then drive out the pin. Detailed pictures in the thread.

There were also pictures of changing this style with ones from a Mod bumper but that requires some trimming of the plastic covers.
