High pitched noise when engine is NOT running

WTF??? Sound on. I hit a few whoopsies hard and fast, caught a lot of air, really fun, but came down hard, dented the skid plate on the passenger side, so may have caused some damage. Bringing it in this week. But WTF is this noise when the engine is not running?
