There's still quite a few '24 HE Limiteds out there if you feel that you need the sway-bar disco with all the cosmetic extras. Outside of that the regular standard HE is just a pretty Big Bend with sasquatch but it'll take you anywhere that any other trim with sasquatch will.

Badlands also gets signature lighting standard, all tow points and mod bumper vs the Jeep bumper.
Price and build still shows the mod bumper being a $800 up-grade on the BL's, both should come with the Capable bumper.

It's marine grade vinyl unless you spend the extra $2400 for "leather trimmed seats" (with the 4-door you do get an electric driver's seat). Personally I'd spend my money on Katskin's over the OEM leather.
So, I got a Badlands in November with the leather trimmed seats. Dumb question, but which part is leather and which is vinyl? 🤦‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️ I assume I’ll clean the vinyl and leather bits differently.

Hello, looking to order a 25 HE or non SAS Badlands. Im looking for the best bang for the buck capability offroad and daily driver comfort. Looking to do weekend camping trips in the Rockies and occasional moab trips. Why would I pay more for the badlands? Especially to get a hard top like HE. Looking through all the order forms I cant see any advantage the badlands has that what you save getting a HE you cant add a better aftermarket upgrade. The sway bar disconnect doesn’t really matter to me. I guess ultimately are there interior comforts (is leather way more comfortable than cloth) or offroad capabilities Im missing that makes the badlands worth it? Thanks for your help.
I have not looked too far into the '25, but I have a '24 Badlands non-SAS and I love it. It has plenty of off-road for what I do - accessing our offgrid ranch in TX, and other than that, I commute about 24 miles 5 days a week and close to 100 on the weekends.

Personally, I cannot live without leather heated seats as I am a bit messy and I need something that can be wiped down, both for me and my doggo. Cloth seats would be destroyed in less than a week. Seats are also fully adjustable with lumbar and heat on both sides in my model.

Part of me wonders why you do not see if you can get a screaming deal on a '24 Badlands fully loaded, but I am unsure of what they are adding for '25 to make it better. I bought mine at Mac Haik in Georgetown, TX and had a great experience. They also have about 20 of them on the lot which likely leaves a lot of room for negotiation.

My F150's 20 years old, and the only rip on the cloths seats is the Driver's seat where you drag your butt across entering, the dogs love it.

the HE has always been a bargain compared to other trims built the same
if you are not interested in rock crawling, then the HE is the way to go
This is actually the difference I am looking for. What would you say makes a badlands more ready to rock crawl then a sasquatch HE. In my head theyd both do fine.

Really comes down to the stabilizer bar disconnect. More articulation is always helpful while rock crawling, and the stabilizer bar disconnect helps increase articulation. Generally speaking... the more articulation you have the more traction you'll get.

But you can either add the stabilizer bar disconnect and trigger it using an Aux switch, or you can just use manual disconnecting links. Not a huge deal in my opinion.

So what it really comes down to, in my opinion, is if you like the Heritage styling or if you want those few extra interior niceties that Badlands has (like the heated steering wheel). If you ignore the styling and don't care about those niceties, the Heritage is the most economical way to get a front/rear locker with a hard top.

And a couple of extra GOAT modes In the BL

The mod bumper was standard for '24, then changed back to optional for '25.

From an off-roading standpoint... the advantage Badlands has is full-vehicle bash plates, rock rails, and stabilizer bar disconnect.

Heritage only has a front bash plate, no rock rails, and as you mentioned no stabilizer bar disconnect.
Our 2024 Heritage came stock with skids on front, under the engine, and under the gas tank. I added a transmission one.
