I wouldn't get too worried about these tracking links and not getting an update. I just got an email from Ford that says my bronco has just shipped and due to deliver in the next Week. Funny part about that is I paid for it yesterday morning and I've been driving it since then. Talk to your dealer...That's the only place I got any good information about delivery dates. Mine was built on 10/13. And I picked it up on 10/22. Not bad.

So the trackers do suck, but the bronco is awesome. Absolutely love it. Ford got the part that matters right.

Just an update here. Received “built” email yesterday and “shipped” email today.

I got my shipped emailed today also. But I actually paid for mine yesterday I've been driving it since then. You might have it before you think. Those trackers are behind.

What is the date located at the very bottom of the window sticker? I noticed mine went from 10/20/21 to 10/17/21 & thought it was odd it changed to a prior date…

Rail car number is not on the window sticker. Your dealer can get it from the vehicle visibility report. It will have the carrier and car number.

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Please let me know if there are any others and I'll add. That way it'll all be in one place!

I'm all over this website daily, and I haven't seen this yet: My Bronco showed up in the palsapp tracker until Friday. Now it says that the VIN cannot be found and may have been picked up by another carrier. Anyone experienced this? Think it was picked up by a hot shot?

Check with the dealer, maybe delivered... that's usually what I see happens when they disappear like that.

My build day was on a Friday (9/24) as well, nothing updated, no modules populated. Then at noon on Sunday (9/26) I got the 'built' email from Ford. The modules populated after that.

Yeah I never got a built email either. Maybe mine was delayed and will be finished today

I’m in the same boat. Blend date of 10/15.. dealer said mine was actually sent to production 10/7 though. Nothing updated anywhere for me. Crossing fingers it magically appears early and someone just sucks at updating the online system. Maybe someone’s out sick and it just didn’t get done? Lol. Feel better ford employee!

Call dealer. They will have your ship info. Mine was built on 10/7. Shipped out by rail on 10/11 and has been sitting at the final destination rail yard since last Monday, which is only 50 MILES AWAY!!!!
Nothing has been scheduled yet for the transport to my dealer and I'm not sure how long this could take.
Also, I can't just go get it(I asked)

My 8/5 build was built, shipped off dirt mountain as of yesterday. CSX Tracking says weigh Bill has been created but no status on railcar other than it’s in Wayne MI.

The sales manager just called multiple shipping companies and finally got ahold of the dispatcher at MAP. Headed this way and will be here no later than Thursday. Cheers to good dealers!

Trackers Down?

Priority number Ford has no control and are set by your dealer according to marketing with now 200,000 orders well into 2024! My dealer changed 2021 to 99; then in 10/16/21 booked 2022 order confirmed that night by Ford. Then second email said call dealer on change. Priority 99 to 19. But marketing cant see DORA, they have different system like 911 PD vs FD in NYC. we all know what happen! Marketing gal said now 200,000 back orders and at 8 k a month ha! ha! thats 24 months without closing to retool, vacations a part supply. In a chat room a live gal say 99 to 19 and my earily order for 2022 would be in first priduction! ha ha! My stamp date is in the 300,000 reservation number which started with 100,000. Just more bad info from Ford. My dealer can move it to the back of the line since base old, low profit margins and holdbacks forgetabout.
My sales want to sell First Edition store suv for $91,000 bummer. Marketing cannot see DORA different software, but says one vin # assigned can get help from marketing. Chat room had access to DORA on dealers individual orders. Good luck, without a low time stamp of your reservation it looks like 2023!

I wonder who they screwed out of an FE.
