Changes plural? 1st old change isn't even due yet on a 6000 mile vehicle.
Guy has done 2. Did the first one after 60 days and did the second one a year later. He's just very particular about his cars.

I’ve got a line in on a 2021 (went in to service November of 2021) Bronco. I don’t know all the acronyms yet so I’ll spell it all out.

It’s Area 51 blue with black leather. It’s a Badlands + Sasquatch package with Lux, tow package, 2.7 with auto trans…it literally has every option except the hard top. 5,800 miles.

I can get it for $59k. Seems like a good deal, but really wish it had a hard top. Should I jump on it or keep looking for something with a hard top?
Yea I’d not buy anything pre 2023 and get a hoss 3.0 plus hard top. I’d wait till prices come down and even order one. 59 is laughable imo. Wildtrak 23 all in was 62 with a slight markup.

Tough one, in a normal world I think that would be a bit high compared to sticker for a 2 year old used vehicle. But these days, who knows - Have of those options are constrained so you can't even order one like it. I would say that if it EXACTLY what you want, then go for it, but if not it might be better to wait.

Do you have one on order and if so, what is the status?

I don't have one on order.

If it's a 2021 with a 2.7 unless it was built towards the end of the model year I would skip it. It's also above what it cost when it was new and thought not a horrible deal I've seen better. I personally would wait a bit.

It was built and sold in November. It's cost new was over $60k.

That puts it right in the middle of the V6s that dropped valves. I'm not saying not to do it, but rather to do some research on that subject. Find out if the engine was in the bad batch, and then make your decision based on your driving. If the engine is in the bad batch, I might buy it if it were a play vehicle only but I wouldn't pay more than $50K.

What's a Hoss 3.0 plus? Forgive me as I'm getting back up to speed after 20+ years outside of the Bronco world.

I wouldn't. If my 23 WT with Lux & leather gets built it will be $2k less than that. In 2021 that one likely had an MSRP right around $56k. 2 years later with 6000 miles they want $59k. If you can wait, I would wait.
You aren't far off. It would have a sticker for around $57,500 all in 2021. I would wait on the '23 since the 2021 year was semi-rushed and almost consider it a preproduction year getting the bugs worked out. Paying over the original MSRP for a first-year Ford anything is a No-go for me. If it were an FE, maybe, but not this.

My 2021 First Edition MSRP was only 59K. It is a 2 door, 4 doors were only about 3K more.

If you look on lots you can get a brand new 2023 with the hard top for $3k over sticker. If your realllly lucky for sticker but not likely. Sticker, new, for that should be somewhere between $61-64k. I know i just got one off the lot. Thats what I did. I say do not get it. Get what you want. These are fun vehicles and your going to make it yours when you get it. Pay the little extra and get it brand new. Also you have no idea what this guy did to it. In addition. The 2023 seems to be alittle better then the prior models. I have seen many reports of wiper issues and rattling windows in 2021. My 2023 badlands, sas package, mic hard top, high package is not showing those issues (knock on wood). And i have been driving in rain for almost 3 weeks straight in socal. Cheers.

The people saying this is high priced? Are yall nuts? the same spec bronco in 2023 would be $64k. In a normal world losing $5k in depreciation for 5,000 miles would be standard, but this is a bronco we're talking about. That's an excellent deal. My 21' was built Dec 8, 2021 a week before the 22 switch over. I've had absolutely zero issues with it except a rattling window that was reset under warranty. There were reports of very early broncos dropping valves, and when they did it was around 5,000 miles. This bronco has 3.5 years of warranty left, if it's going to fail it's going to fail before then lol
