If look on lots you can get a brand new 2023 with the hard top for $3k over sticker. If your realllly lucky for sticker but not likely. Sticker, new, for that should be somewhere between $61-64k. I know i just got one off the lot. Thats what I did. I paid alittle more. Got what I wanted. Brand spanking new. Its crazy. I see people on here waiting for 2+ years when they could walk onto a dealer lot and pay $3k more and get exactly what they wanted. I say do not get it. Get what you want. These are fun vehicles and your going to make it yours when you get it. Pay the little extra and get it brand new. Also you have no idea what this guy did to it. In addition. The 2023 seems to be alittle better then the prior models. I have seen Many reports of wiper issues and rattling windows in 2021. My 2023 badlands, sas package, mic hard top, high package is not showing those issues (knock on wood). And i have been driving in rain for almost 3 weeks straight in socal. Cheers.
Many of us who waited got ours at MY21 prices (many under like Grainger ), that could mean $5-6k in price increases on top of the discounts $3k(?), then you tack on $3ADM, you can see many waited to save $6k-9k, not $3k.

What's a Hoss 3.0 plus? Forgive me as I'm getting back up to speed after 20+ years outside of the Bronco world.
It’s the steering and suspension package for 2023 that is a wild upgrade on paved and off road driving.

23 might be the year to wait to see if ford improves quality as many 21s deteriorated quickly since it’s a brand new model.

If I was you I’d be patient and selective. Also order one cause why not. Kinda late to splurge on a 21 imo even my 23 was rough brand new with a slight markup I’d never spend that on a used car.

The people saying this is high priced? Are yall nuts? the same spec bronco in 2023 would be $64k. In a normal world losing $5k in depreciation for 5,000 miles would be standard, but this is a bronco we're talking about. That's an excellent deal. My 21' was built Dec 8, 2021 a week before the 22 switch over. I've had absolutely zero issues with it except a rattling window that was reset under warranty. There were reports of very early broncos dropping valves, and when they did it was around 5,000 miles. This bronco has 3.5 years of warranty left, if it's going to fail it's going to fail before then lol
I built this one out as equipped and it's $66.6k for a new one...but you can't get a new one with lux, SAS or MIC can you?

I’ve never seen so many experts that don’t know what they are talking about on one thread.

There's a lot of jaded people in this community. Just like you said, if you tried buying one today they would be mid 60s, but you can't even order the options you want. Every once in awhile you'll find someone on here that got exactly what they wanted for no markup off the lot or little markup. That will become exceedingly rare with the SAS, LUX, HT constraints. Dealers will begin to markup those even used ones far more than over the past year. But I assume you spent the time to make this post because you've already tried that with no success. Here are the facts. You have everything you want except a hard top for under $60k with 3.5 years of warranty remaining and only 5,000 miles. If you don't want to continue calling dealers across the nation just go for it. This "2021 bug" thing is way blown out of proportion. I personally know many 2021 owners who have had no engine issues at all including myself (in fact I don't know any. the 2.7 has been built since 2015!), but you're still under warranty just in case.

As for the hard top, I ended up with a soft top and absolutely love it outside of the looks. It's insanely functional. My original plan was to hold it long enough until enough broncos were in the wild to where I could grab a hard top from a junk yard or something. You'll see pages and pages or people surprised at how great the soft top is in functionality.

Thanks for the heads up on that. Is this not something that is warranteed?
It is covered under warranty, but you're out a vehicle while you wait on a new engine to arrive and then be installed. Plus, you never know when or where the engine could fail. And I'm not saying its a deal breaker, I'm just saying to read up on the issue and know what you are getting into. There is a way to identify the engine and if it is in the affected range. And many engines in the affected range have ran fine with no issues.

Since Lux and Sasquatch packages are hard to get , I would get it. You can always trade in the future. Besides I,ve had both soft and hard tops , not that much difference in noise level with the Sasquatch package

The soft top has so many different open variations, here is my favorite that I did this weekend. Day started off 32 degrees and ended at night in the 40s. I was able to remove the top and button it back up even with passengers and cargo all after and before arriving back at my house. If I had a hard top I would have been lucky to fit maybe just the front driver and passenger panel. I’m a convertible snob. I got this vehicle to go topless as much as possible. The soft top aids that, where I’m already freaking out about not being able to go topless as easily when my hard top arrives.

Here’s a video of my rig last Friday in the coolest top down position in my opinion. Looks super rugged.

I have also seen many get called to the dealer to pick up their orders and then as they see their bronco on the lot (they get all excited) and they walk in to sign they get the “oh and its gonna be $15k over”. So that 56k 2021 model just became 70k. Its really a mixed bag. Even for those who put in orders 2 years ago. Heck. People are still waiting on orders from 2021. Long story short. OP has no order. So hes dealing with buying used or new. For 59k he is better off adding a bit more and buying brand new with the mic top. My personal opinion. Its not for everyone, I under that. Cheers.

People who can’t afford a 65k car with current interest rates shouldn’t even think to buy a 60k car.

Honestly without saving a good heap before I bought, I’d still go with a newer 23 model that is available if you scour your state and states nearby. A lot of phone calls and be ready with you own financing.

So I was in the exact same position you are in now. The only difference is I wanted a white outer banks, loaded with a hardtop and the 2.7. I found one with everything I wanted but it had a soft top. The bronco was being sold for $6,000 over MSRP. I also have the window sticker that shows a $52,500 price. This Bronco had 6,000 miles on it. The Bronco was owned by a Ford Sales manager
who was getting rid of it to get a wildtrac. He had added wheels and tires($2500), had the the rear and front bumpers painted to match ($2500). He had all the documentation to show what was added and service done (oil change). The bronco had a build date of 12/21. A big concern to me was that the Bronco had the hookups to add a hardtop if I ever wanted ton get one. I found that anything built after 9/21 had the hookups installed from the factory to add a hardtop. When I say hookups I mean the hookup for the rear wiper and washer fluid. I was able to get the price nocked down a $1000 so I paid $57,000. I also had not ordered one yet and couldn't order and heard the same restrictions you are hearing on ordering one. I pulled the trigger and bought mine on 2/2/23. So basically it is a year old and has everything wanted but the hardtop. After realizing how easy it is to put the soft top down I am not regretting the soft top at all. With the hard top you would need to take the top off and store it somewhere to take it off completely. So, if you go on a trip somewhere you cannot go completely topless unless you have a place to store the top. Don't get me wrong I may get a hard top for the winter and switch to the soft top in the summer. Not sure yet because I have drove a hard top and the noise difference is not much different. I am also planning on keeping my Bronco for a while so I am planning on getting a granger extended Ford warranty. I figure 6,000 miles is nothing ......basically new.

Bingo my friend, I attached three years of ordering guides, that should help the original poster.

Between a 22 and 23 WT there are zero mechanical differences in the WT trim. For WT 2021 I think HOSS was 2.0 VS 3.0, the other trims are exactly the same. I would like to know why folks think MY 2023 was perfected over the previous years? Like Ford QC has increased and there will no longer be any recalls or possible loose parts  ? Doubt that folks.

I have a BL 2022 MFG 10/24/22, two weeks later the assembly line change to MY 2023 just like magic. What changed, nothing but a date stamp. The only possible changes coming would be in MY24 and I have a feeling only options will change, not a redesign of anything. Soft top would be a no go for me especially if that is what I wanted.

I might personally give pause to a WT MY21 only due the HOSS upgrade. However if the Bronco price was right and specs fit of what I wanted I would go for it.

Well and $7K, but it was nice of Ford to include the HT hookup. I believe this was done to encourage soft top takers with an ease of mind should they want to add the HT later on. Only one problem, hard to find and not cheap.
