I just tried to take off the front row of my OEM Hard Top for the first time ever…got the driver’s side off just fine, went to take the passenger side off and the part closest to the front/middle would not come loose. I was able to unlatch all 4 corners, and push up on 3 of the 4 corners…the only one not coming loose was front/middle. Any ideas? I pushed up on it pretty hard, but didn’t want to break anything.

i find that sitting in the passenger seat and moving it around a bit while pushing up gets that one off easier.

the drivers side for me is easier also.

There is a small (1/2”) safety pin that is engaged into a slot. Shaped kinda like an oversized nail head upside down. To disengage, you need to push forward as you lift. Also, make sure that the pull-down latch at front outside corner is folded back down (or up) or else it hooks & catches as you are mov things around.

I was going to say that I thought that pin was slotted but you described it better.

Thanks for the info, I’ll check it out.

Let us know if you still have trouble. Essentially you have to wiggle it as you lift up due to the safety pin. I wish they would have had a diff design so you could see how you need to move it to get it out
