Wondering why so many are making statements that this is a bug in B&P and will be fixed. Where is the authoritative source? I admit, it's difficult to make sense of any rationale that might underpin some of these "anomalies", but it's a complicated game and there may be factors that we don't understand.

Has someone with any credibility made statements indicating that these are bugs to get fixed?

I'm pretty sure I've added the rack to a 2.7 build without issue. What is the problem you are having?

You can add a roof rack for a 2 door, but not a 4 door. There's some type of glitch with B&P.

I just went in an added the rails and cross bars on a 4dr with 2.7. I think I might be misunderstanding something?

Is the MIC top also a 4 piece top with 2 front, one middle, and the rear on the 4 door like the painted?

I think painted is 4piece and MIC top is 3piece. the three piece is knly frony, muddle, and tear. Also, the 3 piece MIC doesn’t have the removable

I think the MIC top is only 3-piece. Front, center, and back, with no removable windows. The painted has the front section split (4 pieces total) and is s smooth Black glossy paint, with removable quarters.

I was building a Big Bend. Maybe that's the difference?
