My brand new 2023 Bronco's hardtop has a problem. I took it to my dealership, they contacted Ford and the response was...I pour some chemical on a brand new 55k truck. Are you kidding? Not funny. It's be garaged and finally washed after I showed the dealer. Anyone else had this problem and did Ford replace it or tell you to "pound sand"?

Not disputing your claim but that looks like heat damage. Any possibility it's parked somewhere where it was catching a sun reflection from a window on nearby building? Doesn't look like a chemical burn to me.

Got it on January 2, 2023. Yeah, barely two months ago. Brand new. I'm pretty short 5 ft 5 in. These bubbles are located on the near the top of the roof and I didn't catch it right away. When I did call my salesman 3 weeks ago he never returned my call so I went down to Ford and talk to the service manager. He took pictures and sent them to ford. Ford reply that I put some chemicals on it. My theory, not that Ford would consider it, is that maybe it went to close to a heater there in Michigan. Got to be a lot colder in Dearborn than in southern Utah. It hasn't top 60 degrees since I bought it. Mostly parked in a garage I think this was missed by the final inspection. Ford should do the right thing on this.

Thanks for running with this! Exactly what customers expect and appreciate from Ford. Crazy things happen so it will be good to learn the exact cause so the rest of us can avoid making a mistake with our Bronco.

yes, please call Jason Summerhayes at Ken Garff Ford in St. GEORGE, Utah. (435)215-7839. He's got my Bronco there. It has a leaky axle boot, what a mess. I posted my VIN on this thread.

Yes, this. When I DM'ed them about an issue, I got a response back in 10 minutes, and a call 10 mins after that.
