Hinges on my red bronco looked exactly the same, a lot more visible after a quick wax, since the wax seemed to get lodged inside of these defects which appear to be clear coat busted bubbles...I know the texture of it is normal. I am referring to the circled areas

Did you take any pictures on delivery that might have caught this? The chips will be hard to prove but the VERY obvious orange peel is excessive and clearly from delivery so I'd take it to your dealership. My hinges are smooth and clean but there were other orange peel areas. When I took delivery I was just happy to have a Bronco, a year in I wish I had complained. Many of these have had subpar factory paint to say the least. If these vehicles ever make it to collector status for future generations this will be nuanced chatacter and required for concourse restoration much like paint that was too bright on muscle cars get deducted points due to it not being period correct.I picked up my bronco a week ago and I’m noticing these little bumps or bubbles on my tailgate hinges.
